WWE Raw is scheduled to take place on Jan 19, 2026, live on Netflix, at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland, as part of WWE’s European tour leading to the Rumble and CM Punk will bury Finn Balor in the main event. LA Knight is expected to return after the heinous parking lot attack by the Vision, and the Vision will not be happy with Adam Pearce’s decision to suspend Bron Breakker when hews the one who put his hands on Breakker first in what was a heated exchange last week.
This week on Raw, two matches have been officially scheduled: CM Punk (c) vs. Finn Balor for the WWE Title and Becky Lynch (c) vs. Maxxine Dupri for the IC Title. Both title matches are showcasing Irish talent in Balor and Lynch. If any women’s matches are announced, they will likely revolve around the women’s tag division, as Rhiyo is defend their titles against Judgment Day at SNME. Without further ado, here are the official Raw Predictions for Jan 19, 2026.
CM Punk (c) vs. Finn Balor [WWE Title]
CM Punk will not be losing his WWE Title on a random Raw just because Balor is in his home country. Balor is a former Universal Champion and deserves to be in the main event scene, but WWE has booked Balor with some lackluster momentum going into this title match. He is basically the laughing stock of the Judgment Day, as he is busy playing video games instead of wining championships. Unfortunately, Balor has not seen the light of day since losing to Edge at WrestleMania 39,
Prediction: CM Punk
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Maxxine Dupri [IC Title]
There is no need to hot potato this title. This match has been done more times than John Cena vs. Randy Orton from 2009, and it needs to end here. Since Balor is losing in his home country, Ireland, at least, has Becky Lynch to count on to prevail in her title match. The long term plan is for AJ Lee to battle Becky Lynch for the IC Title at WrestleMania, and WWE does not need another “fairytale” title reign by Dupri to ruin those plans. Lynch needs to move onto new challengers on the road to Mania.
