WWE NXT Predictions: The Rock Will Replace Ricky Saints – Jan 13, 2026

WWE NXT is scheduled to take place on January 13, 2026, live on CW Network, at the WWE Performance Center, and Ava Raine will hand the NXT Title to The Rock in the main event. The entire main event scene has been called up to the main roster, except Ricky Saints, the wannabe Rock who originally called out Oba Femi at the start of NXT New Years Evil and now looks like an idiot now that Femi is going to Raw. Looks like GM Ava Raine has to shake things up through corruptive means.

On this week’s episode, four matches have been officially scheduled: Jasper Troy (c) vs. Tavion Heights for the Speed Title, Channing Stacks Lorenzo (c) vs. Shiloh Hill for the TNA International Title, Lola Vice vs. Kelani Jordan in an Exhibition Match, and Joe Hendry vs. Dion Lennox in a No Disqualification Match. For all the fans who want memes and clownery for pro wrestling shows, they are in the right place. Without further ado, here are the official NXT Predictions for Jan 13, 2026.

Jasper Troy (c) vs. Tavion Heights [WWE Speed Title]

Jasper Troy recently won the belt, but the Speed Title changes hands like the 24/7 title to give new stars opportunities in the spotlight. Troy has not done much since dethroning El Grande Americano, so a title change is warranted here. Heights has been gaining momentum with his most notable feud being against Josh Briggs, whose character is as dull as dry paint without the binder. Heights could probably do more with the title if he keeps up that momentum in the coming months.

Prediction: Tavion Heights

Channing Stacks Lorenzo (c) vs. Shiloh Hill [TNA International Title]

Channing Stacks Lorenzo suspiciously disappeared when Tony D disappeared. He didn’t do anything with the NXT Heritage World Cup, which is not even defended on the show anymore. Now, he has the TNA International Title and has not done anything with it in NXT either. Shiloh Hill is a rising talent who debuted recently and could really use the momentum with a mid card title in his grasp. His eerie gimmick with squirrels is somewhat entertaining, so the title will add legitimacy to it.

Prediction: Shiloh Hill

Lola Vice vs. Kelani Jordan [Exhibition Match]

Lola Vice has had zero momentum lately in NXT. She’s basically washed and should have probably got called up to team with Damian Priest in that mixed tag feud against Aleister Black and Zelina Vega. Due to that missed opportunity, she is basically directionless in the development brand. Meanwhile, Kelani Jordan had a successful reign as TNA Women’s Champion and even got some major victories, such as the one against Jordynne Grace. She’s the favorite to win here.

Prediction: Kelani Jordan

Joe Hendry vs. Dion Lennox [No Disqualification Match]

Joe Hendry was teased a call up to SmackDown, so it’s easy to write him off here with Dark State. However, a mid carder, who is incredibly over with the crowd, losing to a mediocre hot tag is not necessarily the best idea. Henceforth, the best bet is for Hendry to win here. Since Trick Williams got called up to SmackDown recently, NXT might hold back on calling up Joe Hendry so that he can finish his feud with Dark State for the Tag Titles and sing more songs along the way.

Prediction: Joe Hendry
