Ranking the best professional wrestlers in WWE is even more difficult than ranking the best athletes in other sports - or even ranking wrestlers in another promotion.
That's because in WWE, there is so much to consider. Not only do you have to think about the components of athleticism and in-ring story-telling (or the quality of the moves themselves at a technical level, accounting for varying styles), but you also have to think about everything that goes outside of the ring. That includes presence, promos, charisma, facial expressions, and even longevity/consistency.
